I have worn hearing aids, both NHS and private, for over 50 years, so I know what I want. I wanted the opinion of an independent audiologist. The ones Liam supplied are the best I've had.

Do I need a hearing test before getting hearing aids?
Yes, and ours is free. A hearing test shows the type and degree of your hearing loss, which is what we use to recommend and program the right hearing aids. We carry out the test at home with no obligation to buy anything.
Which hearing aid brand is best?
There is no single best brand. Because we are independent and fit all ten major manufacturers shown on this page, we match the manufacturer and model to your hearing, lifestyle, phone, handling needs and budget rather than to one brand.
Can you fit hearing aids at home?
Yes. Your hearing test, fitting and all follow-up appointments take place in your own home across the North East, so there is no clinic visit or travel involved.
Are your hearing aids rechargeable and Bluetooth enabled?
Most modern hearing aids we fit are rechargeable and connect to your phone or TV by Bluetooth for calls and streaming. We will show you which options suit how you want to use them.
What aftercare do you provide?
Aftercare includes a free hearing test every 12 months to recheck your prescription, unlimited service call-outs to keep your hearing aids working, and advice by phone or email. It continues for the lifetime of the aids, even after the warranty ends.
How much do hearing aids cost?
Cost depends on the technology level you choose, which is why we start with a free hearing test and a no-obligation recommendation. We will explain the options and prices clearly so you can decide what is right for you.
