Released in late 2025 and expanded in 2026, Omega AI is Starkey's most complete hearing aid. It combines current speech-in-noise processing with health and wellness tools, plus an Auracast assistant, Google Fast Pair and Push to Talk on compatible configurations. Availability varies by style, tier, app and phone.
Best for: Anyone who wants Starkey's clearest sound in noise plus the full health and wellness toolkit.

We will be honest with you. If you have no interest in health and wellness features and your priority is difficult speech in noise or a low-delay sound character, you may be paying for functions you will not use. In that case we would also compare Phonak for speech-in-noise processing and Widex for its low-delay approach. Starkey is worth considering when its built-in health features genuinely add something for you.
