These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Hear Better Limited (company number 16792903), registered at 135 Hotspur Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE6 5BH. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Services provided
Hear Better Limited provides mobile hearing care services within the United Kingdom, including:
- Free home hearing tests
- Home ear wax removal
- Ear mould impressions
All services are carried out by HCPC registered audiologists and are arranged directly by phone or callback.
Bookings & appointments
Appointments are arranged following a short discussion to ensure suitability and availability. All bookings are subject to confirmation.
If an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, we ask that reasonable notice is provided.
Clinical disclaimer
Our services are not a substitute for GP, hospital, or emergency medical care. If you experience sudden hearing loss, pain, discharge, or other urgent symptoms, you should seek immediate medical attention.
Professional standards
Hear Better Limited holds public liability insurance and medical negligence cover. All audiologists are HCPC registered and DBS checked.
Limitation of liability
While every effort is made to provide safe and effective care, Hear Better Limited cannot be held liable for outcomes beyond our reasonable control or for pre-existing conditions.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
