We look after older adults who would rather be seen at home, busy people who cannot take a morning off for a clinic, and families arranging care for a parent or grandparent. You are always welcome to have a relative with you for the results conversation, so everyone leaves understanding the same thing.

Every appointment starts with a conversation and a proper examination. Nothing is removed, tested or recommended before your ears have been checked and the findings explained in plain English.
Hearing tests are free, with no obligation to buy hearing aids or book anything further. Ear wax removal and custom ear mould pricing is fixed and confirmed when you book, with no hidden charges on the day.
You are seen by a qualified audiologist from start to finish, never a salesperson on commission. If your hearing is healthy, we will tell you so and leave it at that.
