Yes. Your adult home hearing test is free, with no obligation to buy hearing aids or book further treatment. Hearing aids are an optional paid purchase. We explain your results and provide an individual recommendation and quotation if suitable.
Is Audio Service G8 always better than G7?
G8 is newer and has Audio Service's latest processing, but a well-fitted G7 or lower G8 level can be more appropriate than an unnecessary premium configuration. We compare the exact models after your test.
What do Audio Service 8, 12 and 16 mean?
They are technology levels. Level 8 is generally aimed at simpler listening needs, 12 covers a wider mix of social settings and 16 provides the fullest processing for complex environments. Exact differences vary by model.
Do Audio Service hearing aids work with iPhone and Android?
Compatible models support smartphone connectivity, but it varies by aid, phone hardware and operating-system version. We check your exact phone before ordering.
Does Audio Service make invisible hearing aids?
It makes discreet custom in-ear styles, including canal options. Ear anatomy, hearing level, wax, dexterity and the wireless features you want determine whether the smallest size is sensible.

Price depends on the model, style and 8, 12 or 16 technology level. After the free test we provide a written quote for the exact aid or pair, fitting, charger or accessories, warranty and included aftercare.
What aftercare comes with my hearing aids?
Hear Better includes a free hearing test every 12 months, unlimited service call-outs and phone or email advice for the lifetime of your hearing aids, including after the manufacturer warranty ends. Repairs, parts, consumables, loss and accidental damage are not automatically free. Ask for the written purchase, warranty and any trial or return terms before buying.
