The difference
Audio Service's G8 platform is built around group conversation. Its Multi-Track Processing is designed to follow several potential speakers without treating every competing voice as unwanted noise, while preserving awareness of the room around you.
Auto Optimization also considers movement, the listening environment, signal-to-noise ratio and the wearer's own voice when deciding how to adjust. Those are manufacturer-described capabilities, not a promise that every wearer will get the same result, which is why the assessment, fitting and follow-up matter as much as the name on the aid.

Honest advice
A wide catalogue does not make Audio Service the answer for everyone. Another manufacturer may offer a better power fitting, remote microphone, custom style, phone connection or sound character. Audio Service questions
G8 is newer and has Audio Service's latest processing, but a well-fitted G7 or lower G8 level can be more appropriate than an unnecessary premium configuration. We compare the exact models after your test.
They are technology levels. Level 8 is generally aimed at simpler listening needs, 12 covers a wider mix of social settings and 16 provides the fullest processing for complex environments. Exact differences vary by model.
Compatible models support smartphone connectivity, but it varies by aid, phone hardware and operating-system version. We check your exact phone before ordering.
It makes discreet custom in-ear styles, including canal options. Ear anatomy, hearing level, wax, dexterity and the wireless features you want determine whether the smallest size is sensible.
