Yes. Your adult home hearing test is free, with no obligation to buy hearing aids or book further treatment. Hearing aids are an optional paid purchase. We explain your results and provide an individual recommendation and quotation if suitable.
Which Bernafon Encanta level is best?
There is no universal best level. Encanta 400 has the fullest feature set, but the right choice depends on the environments where you need meaningful benefit.
Does Bernafon make invisible hearing aids?
Bernafon offers discreet custom options in appropriate ranges. Ear anatomy, wax, hearing level, dexterity and connectivity needs determine whether an IIC or CIC is sensible.
Does Bernafon make power hearing aids?
Yes. Leox includes Super Power and Ultra Power BTE models intended for suitable severe-to-profound hearing losses.
Are Bernafon and Oticon the same?
No. They are associated through the same wider hearing-technology group, but the products, software and feature implementation are not identical. We compare the actual models and fittings.
How much do Bernafon hearing aids cost?
Cost depends on the Encanta level, style and whether one aid or a pair is required. We give a written quote after the free test covering the exact products, charger, warranty, fitting and aftercare.
What aftercare comes with my hearing aids?
Hear Better includes a free hearing test every 12 months, unlimited service call-outs and phone or email advice for the lifetime of your hearing aids, including after the manufacturer warranty ends. Repairs, parts, consumables, loss and accidental damage are not automatically free. Ask for the written purchase, warranty and any trial or return terms before buying.
