Yes. The hearing test itself costs nothing and carries no obligation. You only ever pay if you decide later that you want hearing aids, and that is entirely your call.
How quickly can someone come out to me?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours of you ringing. If you live somewhere like the Headland or Owton Manor and need a particular day, just say so when you book and we will do our best to fit around you.
Do I get the same standard of test as a clinic?
You do. The audiologist is HCPC-registered and brings the same professional equipment used in a clinic, so a test done at your table in Seaton Carew is every bit as thorough as one done in a hearing centre.
How long does the appointment take?
Allow about an hour. That covers a relaxed chat about your hearing, a look inside your ears, the test itself, and time afterwards to go through what it all means.
Can my husband or daughter sit in with me?
Of course. Plenty of people prefer to have someone with them, and a second pair of ears often helps when you are weighing up what you have been told. Family are always welcome.
